Man and Technology

I would see the relationship of man and technology as illustrated below:
---- man create tools (stone tools)--> basic society formed ---> man create tools (iron tools) -----> modern society
---- Man leads nomadic life (Paleolithic Age)
-----> little technological knowledge in constructing tools (basic crude tools)
-----> No agricultural activities
------> Causing them to lead nomadic lifestyle in search of food (fruits and animals) to avoid food supply depletion in a place.
Neolithic Age: Primitive men created stone tools (technology)
------> tools (technology) shaped society
------> tools have become more refined - cutting tools and also tools to cultivate crops
------> With ability to cultivate food, they stayed put and live in communities
Iron age:
------> start making tools from iron and bronze
------> making axes, sickles, knives and spears.
-------> live in communities
Modern age:
- Devices that improve the lives of man ---> meeting consumers' needs ----> meeting consumers' wants
-----> telephones, automobiles, trains, airplanes, light bulbs, computers and etc.
-----> early technology developer mostly individuals and small groups
-----> large corporations became developers of technology
